“MASTER MECH ARGENTINA 2018”

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. CORVEN MOTORS ARGENTINA S.A., C.U.I.T. N ° 30-71027733-4, from now on: THE ORGANIZER, has devised the contest: “Master Mech Argentina 2018” in order to promote the brand and benefit its customers.
  2. All the concessionaires, distributors and MFS (multi-brand concessionaires) of the Argentine Republic that carry out the proposed skills competition may participate.
  3. The champions and sub-champions of previous editions will not be able to participate in the competition.
  4. The competition will be developed in two (2) stages, namely:

    5. a) REGIONAL ONLINE, taking place from 08:00 hours on Monday, August 27, 2018 until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 07, 2018.
    b) NATIONAL PRESENTIAL, taking place on WEDNESDAY October 10, 2018.

  5. General rules

    6. Skill competition must be performed according to the following instructions:
    > The contest will be open to all Technicians / Mechanics.
    > The registration of each participant in the portal “BAJAJ MASTER MECH” http://www.bajajmastermech.com/ is obligatory and exclusive.
    > The technician, once he has successfully completed his registration, will be assigned a unique registration number. A registered mechanic can log in to the aforementioned portal. For an already registered mechanic, your user will be the registered mobile number and the password is your registration number.
    > The dealers are asked to give adequate publicity to the event, so that the participants are motivated to prepare and participate with enthusiasm.
    > Contact the Corven Training Center through the detailed e-mail: centrodecapacitacion@corven.com.ar. The purpose will be to request all kinds of assistance in the participation of the REGIONAL ONLINE stage.

  6. FIRST STAGE – REGIONAL ONLINE:

    7. a) It will be a skill competition for the technical-mechanical category.
    b) Detail of regions and compositions:
    – NEA: Chaco, Formosa, Corrientes and Misiones.
    – LITORAL: Between Rivers and Santa Fe.
    – NOA: Tucumán, Salta, Jujuy, Santiago del Estero, La Rioja and Catamarca.
    – WHOSE: Mendoza, San Juan and San Luis.
    – METROPOLITAN: CABA and GBA.
    – CENTER: Córdoba and La Pampa.
    – INTERIOR OF BS AS AND PATAGONIA: Buenos Aires, Neuquén, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Rio Negro and Tierra del Fuego.
    c) The link with which they will have access to the online exam will be sent by email to the registered participants in the “BAJAJ MASTER MECH” portal. It will consist of 40 questions to do it in a maximum time of 30 minutes.
    d) The theoretical online exam will be based on the service and / or product manuals of the Bajaj model line marketed in Argentina by the ORGANIZER as of July 31, 2018.

  7. SECOND STAGE – NATIONAL COMPETITION:

    8. > In this instance, the 2 best exams from each of the regions detailed above will participate, in person, at the Corven Training Center, located at Av. Gaona 10951 La Reja, Locality of Morena, Province of Buenos Aires.
    > This stage will consist of theoretical-practical cumulative eliminatory phases
    > The final score will be formed from the sum of the scores of each Phase.
    > The 4 (four) best positions will be defined and awarded.
    > The champion will travel to INDIA to the World Master Mech

  8. FUNCTION OF THE ORGANIZER.

    9. It will provide the following support in the realization of the skills contest:
    > Guidelines for skills competitions.
    > Skill competition poster design.
    > Delivery of exams for the competition.

  9. Participation in this promotion implies knowledge and absolute and unappealable acceptance of all the conditions contained in these TERMS, which will be available on the website:

    The ORGANIZERS reserve the right to define what is not explicit in the present.
    The Participants are and will be the only ones responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided.
    Their lack of veracity will make the participants lose all rights to the delivery of the prizes.

  10. When circumstances that are not attributable or that constitute fortuitous events or cases of force majeure justify it,
    THE ORGANIZER may, suspend and / or modify the contest, as long as they do not alter its essence or diminish the prize program.
  11. For any judicial matter that may arise from the realization of the promotion, the participants and THE ORGANIZER will submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the city of Venado Tuerto, Province of Santa Fe, with express resignation to any other jurisdictional jurisdiction.
